Dropped in Friday and Saturday visiting from San Antonio, Thank you very much Tom for welcoming me and accommodating the workout. People are friendly and helpful. Looking forward to dropping in when I'm in Cypress
The WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had at a CrossFit gym. As we walked in, the coach/owner (Laura) of the gym did not say hi to us. We were ready to leave before the class even started. We did not get coached or warmed up at all. My wife has a small back strain because of lack of warm up and the coach/owner did not even walk over and care enough to ask her about what happened. I would NEVER go back to a class at this location.
Rude management. Would never consider this place with the customer service they provide.
Awesome environment. Really appreciate the bullying, I mean coaching. Amazing programming; love love love the environment. Everything you think of in a CrossFit gym you'll find here.
