This was my second procedure with this group and Doctor Chan. I can't imagine any office could compete. Professional modern clean punctual empathetic are words that come to mind.
If you’re given a choice of surgery centers around Fort Lauderdale, I highly recommend Cypress Creek. Everyone there was incredibly kind and welcoming. Nurse Ashland took such great care of me! She was attentive, compassionate, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Her kindness truly made a difference in my experience. I’m so grateful for the excellent care I received.
My experience with Memorial Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine Center was extremely serious and life-altering. I went there after an MRI and was ultimately misdiagnosed. Despite imaging findings that raised serious concerns, the surgeon I saw did not identify the actual pathology that later turned out to be the true source of my problem and the reason I ultimately required surgery elsewhere. In a time when you’re nervous and with so much of anxiety the last thing you want and need is to have rude people around and hear everyone’s conversation while your left there for hours in pain after surgery surrounded by curtains.
They charged me on the day for surgery $1,000 but when they filed the insurance claim , they didn’t mentioned that I already paid this amount which is my deductible and caused a lot of confusion with my insurance. I talked to Billing department and they said the would refund me by check but didn’t apologize for their mistake .
