The medics from this company are certainly amazing. They transported my mother from the er to the hospital. They were very professional and treated her utmost kindness, which is incredibly hard to come by in this day and age tbh. They went out of their way to make sure she was comfortable and the ride was smooth. I found out that this company also provides transportation for people who need to go for appointments at the hospital and need special equipment. One of the crew members, named Kenneth, was awesome and really kind. It’s great that City has such likable and kind people on their crews! Highly recommend! Chris and Aurora were also great crew members that I got the pleasure of interacting with.
City Ambulance is a wonderful EMS service. I had the pleasure of meeting one of their crews, they were incredibly kind and compassionate.
I visited this location and met the crew there, who were heading out to the ambulance at the time - they were friendly and professional, highly impressed by my experience with them!
All I can say about City Ambulance is they are not only capable, but actually care about their patients. The crew was kind, took great care of my father, the billing department worked with us on a payment plan so there was no financial burden, and we go through a smaller insurance company and weren't sure they'd accept it, but they accept ALL INSURANCES! I hope my family and I never have to be on an Ambulance again, but if we are I hope it's City Ambulance.
