Shout out to Kim Carr and Cesar who transported my mother n law from the woodlands to Bastrop. They were professional, caring, and showed extremely amount of kindness to our family while going through a difficult time. They did a fantastic job handling my mother. DONT USE THIS SERVICE !!!! They do not have EMT's on ambulances. The machines malfunction. I've reached out to everyone at this place no phone call, no email. Nothing. This company transported my dad, who was intubated. Ventilator was not hooked correctly. We don't know how long our father was without oxygen due to negligence. I've called Moe Moossund, Juan (supervisor) and medical records with City Ambulance Services no one will give us a run sheet or explanation of what happened.
