My mother was placed at Cypress Creek about 6 weeks ago. Everything was fine (at least I thought it was) until the day I asked for a copy of my Mom's file. I always keep her records no matter where she goes. I do the same with my father. Well, long story short, they called my father the same day (who is very sick) in and gave him a 45 day notice saying while they can satisfy the needs of my mother, they cannot satisfy the needs of me (daughter). Understaffed at night. Smells bad in the hallways. Management is rude. I took my mother out second month there. Found better for 1000 less a month. Needs all new management!
