The front office person doesn t know how to deal with people.we fill up the application Thursday and wait for it like five days. She told us that the apartment should be ready on Monday until we wait our #\$%\$ whole day waiting and she doesn t give us any info if were ready to move in or not. It is very frustrating because she cant even give us a call earlier to let us know so we don t need to waste or time waiting for nothing.
Im right at home here @ Cypress Creek. This is a nice place to live and Ive had a great experience living here. Im close to town, I have friendly neighbors. Sometimes you dont always get the perfect neighbor but thats just apartment living.The maintenance guy comes right up when I call the office. Current resident, I have not had any of those issues. Cypress Creek is a nice place, kids are loud at times, but there is a very strict curfew for after 10pm weekdays. I have not had any incidences with broken windows or scrapped cars from bikes. I have had an issue with ants, but the office took care of it when notified. The office staff is always friendly and helpful when we need something. We do go outside, and yes there are kids playing, but thats expected in a family community.
what use to be good has turned to GHETTO HOOD! I use to like it too but now its completly unprofessional, low income limited place to live! Worse than the inome limited projects for inspections, police arrests, now its PET friendly which makes it even more louder, if not the kids u hear screaming foul language to their parents at the playground in the center of the complex its the dogs barking inside the paper thin walls, or the "thumping" from loud low-riders and base stereo systems.
ROACH BUG INFESTED, Gang fights, drug deals, people cussing, kids running around all hours alone screaming, yelling, scraping cars with their bikes, windows busted out by baseballs, and domestic fights dirty things written on pavement/sidewalks. A few old people still live here and stay inside they might have something nice to say because they dont get out much but if you have a family, children or just dont enjoy cops beating down doors all hours of the night.... I do not appreciate you calling me a liar. I have lived in this complex for two years now and know what I have seen. For the record, I never put down the staff- and I have made some very good friends here, as well. However, there has been problems with some of the older kids yelling and cursing in the breezways, etc. I am entitled to my opinion, as you are to yours- but you dont need to resort to name calling or attacking my character.
you Know I really loved living here ,untill all these young kids moved in over in F buikding They live in housing and sale drugs. I dont understand how that works. some of us gets up everyday and go to work, and now have to worry if my home is going to be beock in to. The kids nolonger can play out side. Cars coming inand out. Or your afraid they will over hear the young fight over drugs.One of them has their baby up in all of it.
