I used to work as a leasing consultant at two different properties in my home state. I know what is considered emergency or urgent when it comes to maintenance issues. I have been living here 4 years the young ladies, they work in their office really good people especially Geneva the maintenance work here are excellent. They always come and fix things. On time great place to live
The website advertises a security gate, pool and playground. The gates haven’t worked in at least 2 years, the pool didn’t open at all this past summer and the playground has been torn down. They like to put all kinds of new rules and restrictions on your door regularly. They enforce a “community curfew” that the city doesn’t even recognize, and have opted to require parking permits to be enforced by a towing company rather than repairing the security gate for their residents.
