The website advertises a security gate, pool and playground. The gates haven’t worked in at least 2 years, the pool didn’t open at all this past summer and the playground has been torn down. They like to put up all kinds of new rules and restrictions on your door regularly, enforce a “community curfew” that the city doesn’t even recognize, and have opted to require parking permits to be enforced by a towing company rather than repairing the security gate for their residents. Don’t ever move in there Don’t ever trust them They might be a little bit cheaper but not worth it! The new management will give you all their rudeness and unprofessionalism.
Maintenance is great and actually shows up in a decent time frame, and you can depend on whatever issues you’re having to be resolved. I haven’t had many issues living here at this complex nor have I had any reason to be back in forth out of the office. I’ve been living at this complex for two years now.
The worst experience I’ve ever had went to visit a friend got woken up in the middle of the night to tow trucks driving parking lot and towing cars and trucks that’s pathetic worst experience ever will never go back
Worst community complex ever!!! The pictures on Google look really nice But all the amenities that they offer the only one you get is the gym There’s no basketball hoop in the basketball court and they locked it up so kids can’t go in there They took out the playground The pool has been closed forever They keep changing the parking rules and not letting anybody know So if you have a guest, they will tow your car The AC does not blow cold.
