I visited on a Wednesday to get information about the apartment, and I had the pleasure of speaking with Geneva. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me warmly, which made a great first impression. Geneva was very professional and knowledgeable she answered all my questions clearly and patiently. I truly appreciated her helpful attitude and the way she made me feel welcome. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Tought about moving here... went in yesterday to get infos, had questions...they showed us the appartment on the second floor...well the girl spoke spanish and english, the whole time shes walking with her hands in pockets barely showing any interest to us...came back to office, needed further information, some guy showed up im gessing maintance guy...she told him smirking to him she needed to talk to him, so unprofeccional with me still asking her a few more questions she gets up and says wait and goes and chill with him ou... read more
