This is a company you want to do business with! On the phone, the receptionist is always kind. The technicians that come out- dont miss a beat. They dont look for a 'quick fix,' but care about getting to the cause of problem and work till the job is done- even though its so terribly hot in the attic. Also, the technicians dont seem to mind my dog greeting them at the door, which is a plus.
Just purchased a new to me home - and the state of the ac system was something relatively unknown to me other than it blew cold air. Airloom was highly recommend to us by friends and neighbors. After a horrible ordeal with our former AC repair company and our AC manufacturer, we reached out to Airloom to see if they would be able to help us.
