I have been using Airloom Cooling and Heating for 15 plus years. I can't say enough good things about this company. They are fair, honest and dependable! Recently my A/C stopped working on a Friday night.. I called in the evening after hours and the owner tried to help troubleshoot over the phone. When that was unsuccessful, our technician Daniel was out the next morning, fixed the issue and saved the weekend! Thanks so much. #Happycustomer 10/25/2025
If I could give a zero star review, I would. This place is a complete rip off. I was quoted on 10/14/25, and they tried to charge me double of what other companies were offering - to repair the same problem. The technician was nice, but beware of wolves in sheep’s clothing. They price-gouge because they know you are in need of help in the Houston heat. Instead of doing right by their customers, they try to make as much money as possible at the expense of the customer. Daniel is the very best! He is prompt, extremely knowledgeable, kind, understanding, and always willing to help and listen to our AC issues. He has been taking care of our units for years, and he never fails to correctly diagnose and repair the problem. 5 STARS +
