AirLoom Cooling & Heating provides outstanding HVAC service, repair, and maintenance. They have installed two heating and air conditioning systems in my home and perform reliable twice-yearly HVAC maintenance. Daniel, the technician, arrived within the scheduled window, diagnosed and repaired the issue in a timely manner. I received a photo of him before arrival so I knew who to expect. He was competent and easy to work with. He explained the issue in detail with photos and got my approval before doing additional work. When he left the system was working again. I signed a service contract with them and would recommend to family and friends.
Technician very cordial, explained his inspection, responded well to my questions. Very careful to avoid scratching our wood floors. I trust he did a good job.
I have been using Airloom Cooling and Heating for 15 plus years. I can't say enough good things about this company. They are fair, honest and dependable! Recently my A/C stopped working on a Friday night.. I called in the evening after hours and the owner tried to help troubleshoot over the phone. When that was unsuccessful, our technician Daniel was out the next morning, fixed the issue and saved the weekend! Thanks so much. #Happycustomer 10/25/2025
If I could give a zero star review, I would. This place is a complete rip off. I was quoted on 10/14/25, and they tried to charge me double of what other companies were offering - to repair the same problem. The technician was nice, but beware of wolves in sheep’s clothing. They price-gouge because they know you are in need of help in the Houston heat. Instead of doing right by their customers, they try to make as much money as possible at the expense of the customer.
