I'm very happy with this office. The location is convenient, the staff is friendly. Dr. Abd has a way of talking to the patient with compassion and respect. The option to schedule via text has been a game changer for me. No more automated machine with ten different options! We can sometimes even be seen the same day or Saturdays.

My wife had a concerning experience regarding the standard of care for her periodontal disease. Despite having several 5–6mm gum pockets, the initial recommendation was for a routine cleaning. It was only after I insisted on a thorough measurement and a proper assessment that they agreed to perform the necessary deep cleaning. I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience at this dental office was frustrating enough that I felt it needed to be shared. The staff came across as disorganized and not very attentive to patients. I had to wait far longer than my scheduled appointment time, and when I was finally seen, the dentist seemed rushed and didn’t take the time to explain things clearly. The staff is really nice. The dentist is soft spoken and gentle and tries to make it as comfortable as possible. They squeezed me in same day and had same day treatment. I am very happy I chose this dentist office.
