I'm very happy with this office. The location is convenient, the staff is friendly. Dr. Abd has a way of talking to the patient with compassion and respect. The option to schedule via text has been a game changer for me. No more automated machine with ten different options! We can sometimes even be seen the same day or Saturdays.
Wonderful experience! From the front desk, to cleaning, and the doctor. Everyone made me feel very comfortable and Doctor A. Was very knowledgeable and explained everything precisely to me. It’s always a positive dental experience every-time I come!
I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience at this dental office was frustrating enough that I felt it needed to be shared. The staff came across as disorganized and not very attentive to patients. I had to wait far longer than my scheduled appointment time, and when I was finally seen, the dentist seemed rushed and didn’t take the time to explain things clearly. Was looking for a new dentist and was hoping they would have the latest equipment. I was not disappointed! Dr. A was wonderful, explained everything thoroughly and asked several times if I had any questions. Best visit ever!!!
