I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience at this dental office was frustrating enough that I felt it needed to be shared. The staff came across as disorganized and not very attentive to patients. I had to wait far longer than my scheduled appointment time, and when I was finally seen, the dentist seemed rushed and didn’t take the time to explain things clearly. I had such a great experience at this dentist office! Everyone was so sweet and made me feel really comfortable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped ease my nerves. You can tell they genuinely care, and I’m so happy I found them!
I cannot say thank you enough to all of the staff at Cypress Dental! My last few experiences at the dentist were not great so I was very anxious about my visit today. The hygienist was SO patient with me (while I cried the entire cleaning) and made me feel so comfortable & at ease. The treatment plan they recommended was very straightforward and I didn’t feel like they were telling me I needed anything extra. I’m actually looking forward to our next visit 😊
I am very impressed overall with this clinic. I requested an appointment to establish as a new patient on a day the office is typically closed. I wasn’t expecting a response until normal operating hours but Dr. Abd responded promptly to my request and was able to get me seen the same week. The office is very clean. All the staff is very nice and welcoming. Dr. Abd is very knowledgeable and takes his time to listen to any concerns as well as educate on dental hygiene.
