We’re coming up on one year since moving out of Cypress Gardens. Pros: no bugs, roof didn’t leak Cons: many For maintenance, you’ll probably be notified via a letter shoved in your door mail slot an hour prior to them showing up. If you’re notified at all. I was taking a shower, and I heard some noises outside the bathroom. Opened the door, 3 men were in the apartment, taking apart a section of the wall. I moved in nearly two months ago and couldn’t be happier. Special thanks to Donna, the Property Manager for making the process smooth. The apartment is spacious, bright, and everything works as it should. Love the mature trees and how quiet it is at night. Snow removal was on point during the last storm too. Parking is plentiful and neighbors are respectful. Proud to call Cypress Gardens home. Ten-out-of-ten for anyone looking in the Hamilton or Princeton area.—Gerald.

The Property Manager, Jasmine was helpful. providing us with appropriate information and answering our questions during our hunt for a new place to rent. We love our new apartment and we cannot thank her enough!
