I moved in nearly two months ago and couldn’t be happier. Special thanks to Donna, the Property Manager for making the process smooth. The apartment is spacious, bright, and everything works as it should. Love the mature trees and how quiet it is at night. Snow removal was on point during the last storm too. Parking is plentiful and neighbors are respectful. Proud to call Cypress Gardens home. Ten-out-of-ten for anyone looking in the Hamilton or Princeton area.—Gerald.

The Property Manager, Jasmine was helpful. providing us with appropriate information and answering our questions during our hunt for a new place to rent. We love our new apartment and we cannot thank her enough!

I been here for about 5 years and it started great… The property managers have changed on a regular basis and they are all just keep getting terrible. I have had to reach out to the owners to get a response from the property managers who seem to make their own hours and work when they want. Apartments are not updated, they have window AC units which are terrible, no washer / dryer, no dishwasher, newer cabinets and granite counters are okay looking but not worth the money. BEWARE: Management is currently offering $50 for positive reviews, which should tell you everything you need to know. The leasing office is poorly ran — the heavy set woman Jasmine frequently makes careless mistakes and seems more interested in avoiding responsibility than helping residents. The apartments themselves are in rough shape: outdated, poorly maintained and dirty. We’ve had brown water, cracks in the ceilings and walls, and nothing gets addressed in a timely manner.
