awful Do do not move here. Save yourself a headache and stress. The moment I moved into this apartment there were never ending issues so I had to cancel my lease. There is a massive house centipede infestation and silver fish infestation. They had an exterminator come 4 or 5 times and the problem never got solved at all. I would wake up with centipedes all over the walls. And on the floor. Also there are mice in the kitchen...
Very Nice Moved in recently. You get a lot for your buck. Good sound barriers roomier than I thought. Updates are great and quick response to any concern.
I love it!!!! I was yesterday in the afternoon with my husband, the manager was so adorable and the place was incredible and very clean! I hope to be accept for the 1 or 2 bedrooms apartment because I'm so excited to move there!
L6 I’ve been living there for about ten years and it’s absolutely the best complex I lived so far. Anytime you need something fixed they are there. Community is great lots of parking always. Absolutely the best
Great Location and Nice Apartments! We have lived here since october and love it. You get a lot included in the rent you pay. They are newly renovated with stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors. You can also walk to several restaurants. There is a whole foods within walking distance too!
When you move out they will make sure they take as much money as they can from you This place is ridiculous! We lived there 5 years, always paid rent on time, recommend a tenant and after we broke our lease paid them 2 months penalty before moved out. We have left the apartment vacuumed and mopped. We have been always correct with them and this is the attitude we were expecting when we left the place but this was not the case. They say: Home is where the heart is and I love living at Brittany Springs! I have been a resident 5 yrs. now. I looked at a lot of apartments before choosing Brittany Springs. The inclusion of heat, water, trash& sewage in the rent made it affordable. But what drew me to here was the color scheme of blue & white which made me think of seashore homes. Great place to move My family has lived here for over 3 years and we couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. The office staff is extremely kind and always helpful. The apartments themselves are in great shape. We’ve never really had any issues while we’ve been here, but on the rare occasion something needed to be fixed, it was always done quickly and effectively. The arrogant and shameless manager! The worth apartments ever... Dirty.. cockroaches... We have a good relationship with staff, and paid in time 2 years. But when we are moved out - they NOT returned our deposit (we cleaned everything perfect!) and ruined our credit history... WHY? The arrogant and shameless manager!
