The property smells like dog shit and yes, there will be shit all on the grass. I've never had roaches in my life until I moved there. The pool is nice for about two weeks before you have every kid and adult from the surrounding areas in that swimming pool during the summer. Your car will get broken into. Roaches a whole bunch I moved in to a apartment just to see a whole bunch of roaches I killed them and the next day there was more I saw roaches on my pots and in my food pantry I hate this place just hated it there. There was openings in the bacebords I was so embarrassed to have guest over. Hell they was getting into my refrig ... If your basebords are high off the floor don't buy.i told the manager" but she said the same thing over and over" BAD EXPERIENCE.
