Just horrible! Nasty neighbors, nasty management!
Huge scam! You will never have your security deposit back plus ridiculously expensive cleaning bills. The only worst experience in Davis is from this company. These horrible human beings shouldn’t even exist.
Horrible experience, this property manager has made it extremely difficult for us to catch up with our payments. We were given a 3 day notice of eviction for a month we had paid online. We went to court for this case and it got dismissed because of an error on the property manager. She had added a month we had already paid for. She’s added late fees to our months and is not willing to work with us even with her mistakes made. I’ve tried to get into contact twice with her boss and haven’t received a call back.
