Been a customer for a while (since valentines), and She's always been great! I send flowers about once a month cuz i'm always on the road, and my wife loves em, they always last like three weeks and sometimes she takes flowers from the last one and adds it to the new one. She also gives me a great discount for coming back so much. You can't go wrong with these girls!
Wow. The shop is huge and incredibly gorgeous! I understand they just moved to choctaw about a month ago, and I'd never been to their old location before because it was so far across town, and I only went to this one because I had had lunch at round up cafe, which is in the same lot. This place has always given me nothing but the best!! The people who work there are SO kind and sweet to their customers. The flowers are the best around and if cared for properly (advice can be given by the florist if needed), they will last for a week or MORE. All of my arrangements from Cynthia's get their water changed pretty regularly and they stay in a cool spot as much as possible. I've never had an arrangement die within the first week! There seems to be a number of mixed review on here, however, I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with ordering flowers from Cynthia s. I placed an order to be delivered on 8/20/12 for my wife s first day back to school (teacher). I placed my order over the phone. The representative I worked with was very professional and courteous. No equal in Chickasha. I received two flower arrangements from two different florists this Mother's day, and the difference between them was shocking. The first arrived from a well-known, highly regarded chickasha florist. It consisted of a large vase stuffed randomly with cheap flowers (including dyed carnations). I was stunned at the lack of attention to design, the crazy array of colors and the overall unprofessional presentation( plus the dye on the carnations made the whole thing smell awful). Great service! tried to send an easter arrangement through another shop there and got gypped in a major way, so i called this shop today and had an arrangement sent to my mother. they delivered it within the hour and it was very pretty! the girl i talked to was very sweet and helpful, and even wrote a note of apology even though it wasnt their fault it was a day late. it had the most adorable little eggs and a rabbit in it and was just so pretty i had to brag on her a little! i will never go anywhere else again!
I tried Cynthia's for the first time this past Valentines Day. I chose her based on the positive reviews, so I expected good things. But I was blown away by the quality of the arrangement and the level of service I received. My wife was so happy with the flowers, she sent a picture to me (and to her mother as well as all over facebook lol). Cynthia's is without the slimmest doubt the best Chickasha has to offer, by a landslide! I have tried the other two there and honestly one was extremely expensive and the other was rather rude and outdated. Cynthia has the perfect balance of beautiful, reasonably priced arrangements and an unparralleled customer service! I recommend her 150%!!!!!
Cynthia In a worst of times moment came up with a beautiful solution to a problem that had to solved today. I needed orange roses for a memorial service as the person that passed was an OSU Alumni and wore his hat everyday. I wanted family and guests to have a live flower in their hands so that his memory is alive in all of us.
