She uses cheap hair die it came out almost instantly even box die lasts longer and she chose what color looked good on me not the color I wanted and she doesn't cut my hair the way I want it has to be the way she wants my family had the exact same experience with her she has horrible customer service and she needs to be shut down
Cynthia is a great stylist. She listens and takes her time. Her prices are very reasonable too. I'm a retired stylist so I know! I'm going back when I'm due.
