Same experience as most of the other reviews. The woman obtained the duplex I was renting from my independent landlord, wanted to raise the rent immediately, I moved out (hired a cleaning crew and all) left the place better than I found it and they nitpicked into keeping my entire deposit. Was extremely rude, non considerate, and I would never recommend someone to rent from or deal with this company, more specifically this woman.
Cynthia was so helpful getting us into a rental home. Whenever we have needed maintenance they are responsive and quick to solve the problem.
