I have been trying to get in touch with this office for a while. I have never been able to get a phone call to go through. I will sit on hold for a long time and then finally the line just hang up on me. I am hoping someone will get this message that will do something about it. I called today to make an appointment with. Cynthia Wilkes, MD, And again I got hung up on. I have left a message. I’m hoping someone will read this review and do something about it. I hope your 2026 year is great. Have a blessed day.
I really like Dr Wilkes- she is caring and doesn’t rush you. But the office doesn’t seem to be run very well. I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone and had to schedule through MyChart. The only appt they offered was 4 months away. Then they canceled my appointment and had to wait another 2 months. Then unbelievably they canceled AGAIN and I couldn’t get anyone to answer to reschedule. I will be seeking care elsewhere.
Dr. Wilkes is an awesome doctor with excellent bedside manners and she is very compassionate. I love her from bottom of my heart. I develop polyps in my cervix area and she removes them. She always take special care of me and makes me feel very comfortable during the entire process. Thank you Thank you Dr. Wilkes.
