Professional and caring, explained everything and results came quickly and with Dr Swayneâ??s comments, suggestions and explanations. Have to also give recognition to your great lab tech that draws blood, mine is always difficult and she is patient and calm and does not leave a bruise and process is not painful. Dr. Swayne, as always, puts me at ease and simultaneously cuts to the chase. We cover all the bases, including examination and shots, even describing a problem I recently discovered in re-assuring terms. I feel listened to, and I trust him with my physical well-being.

I did notice that the nurse put my weight down wrong after I got home and read my summary. She added 11 pounds to what the scale read.
