Love Cynthia Walker and all of her staff. We did have an issue with the nurse, Tametress, with whom we (unknowingly) were transferred to during our initial call. There are some people who are not equipped with the necessary skills to deal with the public, much less a pediatric nurse. Parents calling with concern about their children should never be met with contempt, confrontation or disdain. However, Rosie swooped in with the win and absolutely saved the day and restored our confidence!
Our 1st visit and I have never felt happier. Looking forward to working together to care for my son.
We took our newborn to see Cynthia for his newborn check and she was wonderful. Throughout the appointment she made sure to communicate what she was doing and seeing. She made sure that both my husband and I had all our questions answered before the end of our appointment, provided helpful information that we could take home. And didn’t make us feel rushed or like an inconvenience when we asked if we could use to room to feed our son before we left. All In all a great experience.
