We had the privilege of having Dr Tyler care for my 13 year old son last fall. She urgently got him in both times he needed emergency root canals - 2 times within 6 weeks. He was so scared and nervous and Dr Tyler did an amazing job explaining everything to him in a way he would understand and made sure he wasn’t in pain either time. I haven't had a root canal done since last century. What I remembered about it was how long and uncomfortable the procedure was. I dreaded to have another root canal but Dr. Cynthia Tyler & her staff made it a pleasant one. She was able to save my tooth and healed the bad infection inside my gumline. The work was flawless even though my stubborn tooth didn't take to the bleach treatment. Lol
I’m writing to express my deep outrage and disappointment regarding the gross negligence and mistreatment my mother endured at this office. After receiving a root canal here, my mother was left in excruciating, ongoing pain due to a foreign substance that was irresponsibly left in her jaw — a clear act of malpractice.
