Absolutely the worse. Lied to about having refills on Friday at Walgreens. Come Monday Walgreens needs her approval she rejects and says I'm no longer a patient! To abruptly stop my medication I've been on for years at a high dose knowing i can't it elsewhere? A week and 5 doctors later I'm having withdrawals and extremely sick. I came to Thedacare pain management and met with Cynthia after two back surgeries that resulted in chronic pain issues. Throughout my entire time with them she has done a wonderful job at listening to my needs and concerns and making thought out suggestions on my care plan. I have seen more empathy from her than I have from any other provider I have seen. I had an excellent experience with Cynthia. She was so sweet and very thorough. I had a good feeling about her immediately when she walked in the door. She genuinely cared about my well-being.
