My experience was pleasant as always. Cynthia is a very caring, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, understanding, compassionate, trustworthy and perfessional. The whole atmosphere along with the staff was warm and welcoming.
Cynthia was caring, patient and knowledgeable. She took time to answer every question. I felt like she cared about my health. They are lucky to have her.
My experience was a follow up to a diagnostic heart procedure that showed no issues. Given the good results and the fact that there was no real next steps, scheduling an in person visit which lasted <15 minutes seemed like a colossal waste of time. This could have been a simple phone call to see if I had any questions or was having any adverse reactions (which I would have contacted the doctor if so).
