One of the agents Mitchell, was very helpful ! He took his time to go over everything with me, and answered any questions that I had, and never made me feel rushed or like he didn't care. I felt like a person and not a number to fulfill a quota. Great customer service I recommend them
I loved State Farm for years, until I moved to hot springs. There is nothing wrong with State Farm insurance. But this specific agency is terrible. I could use names but I don’t want to humiliate individuals. I want to warn others to not waste your time with this agency. Because they will waste your time and communicate terribly. An addendum was in my 6 month policy renew. Most people wouldn't think much of this. But here is what they are doing. I would like everyone to be really aware of. This insurance is labeled important notice regarding changes to your policy. Mandatory endorsement 6125E. Today is October 23rd 2024 This basically says we may buy the parts needed to repair your vehicle from China.
