Cynthia was absolutely the best! Before selling with Duarte and Cynthia, we had our home listed with another agency for almost 4 months with not one viewing or offer on our home in that time span. We switched over to Duarte and Cynthia had the ball rolling in less than a week! We had viewings, open houses and offers pouring in! Everything happened so fast and about 2 months later, we had our house sold and for more than we had it listed for!
