Look, I really appreciate Dr. Cynthia Robles. Her office is the worst with referrals. Beware. Actually, I would say stay far away from this practice. I won’t go into how this office contributed to my poor health—DM me if you want more info.
Horrible customer service and when you do get to see the doctor they don't even treat well, having to go back time and time with no real solution. Just like to charge your insurance.
I was excited to try my new Dr who I researched and put some time into committing to. I drove over half an hour to get here, I had this appointment setup weeks out already. 1) No appointment reminders or notifications were sent out. A standard expectation for any practice. 2) I’m new to changing PCPs, but apparently you have to call your insurance provider beforehand to update this. I'm writing this review in hopes Dr. Robles sees it and changes the way she practices medicine. After four years going here (regularly being seen 2-4 times per year) and all of them in my mid-forties, NOT ONCE did Dr. Robles ask when my last pap smear, mammo, or colon screening was... she never even asked who/if I was seeing a OBGYN.
