I'm writing this review in hopes Dr. Robles sees it and changes the way she practices medicine. After four years going here (regularly being seen 2-4 times per year) and all of them in my mid-forties, NOT ONCE did Dr. Robles ask when my last pap smear, mammo, or colon screening was... she never even asked who/if I was seeing a OBGYN. You can imagine my shock when I switched to another doctor's office and this is the FIRST thing they asked and sent me to have the screenings ASAP. Great doctor, but needs staff that will answer the phone.
Dr. Cynthia Roblas is a wonderful family doctor. She’s caring, attentive, and always takes the time to listen and explain things clearly. Her staff is always friendly and welcoming, which makes each visit feel comfortable. The wait time is never bad, and the whole office runs smoothly and professionally. I truly feel like I’m in good hands with Dr. Roblas and her team. Highly recommend!
I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor. The staff was disorganized and I waited far beyond my appointment time with no explanation. When I finally saw the doctor, they seemed rushed and dismissive of my concerns. I didn’t feel heard or cared for. Unfortunately, I left with more frustration than help. I would not recommend this office to others based on my visit. MD Cynthia Robles was rude and unprofessional.
