Dr.Robinson just want your money she doesn’t take time to listen to your concerns about your skin health. The receptionist was very disrespectful. I asked a simple question regarding referrals and she thought she had put me on mute but then began saying how difficult I was being. Very unprofessional and disappointing
I was attempting to get an appointment for my 10 year old daughter having a crisis and the receptionist was so rude. Not only was he rude he was being very sarcastic to a potential new patient and a mother whose child was in need of care. Very disappointing while trying to support an African American doctor.
Dr. Robinson was a blessing and answered prayer to my daughters hair condition. My daughter has been diagnosed and suffering with Alopecia Areata since age 9 years old. We went to so many physicians who basically did the same methods and provided the same information with the same prescriptions only to find ourselves dissapointed again and still no hair. Had the pleasure of visiting Dr Robinson's office today. Her staff is very kind. The process was extremely easy. The Nursing assistant was very helpful. The doctor is pretty. She was very nice and offered suggestions to assist. In fact, she recommended me to a specialist. Thank you for your help.
