Very quick exam, writes prescription fast the medicine gave me high bp and the other meds made my migraines worse. Doesn’t seem to care at all doesn’t even want to see you just call my NP to make an appt. Very disappointing

I was told by Dr. Nguyen that a SI Joint Fusion would help me with my pain, this was the end of February. I have called to find out if the insurance company has approved or denied and I couldn't get anyone to return my calls. I tried again this week and was told the scheduler, Mindy, was only up to March with these types of calls to insurance companies. February is before March, so not sure what the problem is. If she is that backed up they should hire help or keep loosing patients!
