Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional

They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
