The nurses there are amazing. Very attentive and kind. Dr.Bernal was nice but was in and out of my appointment in less than 15 minutes. Obviously had not looked at my medical history (I’ve been seen at her office for 5 years so it shouldn’t be hard) and then sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy after I gave them the correct address. I called and left a voicemail to have it corrected and still have not heard back so I still don’t have my medication.
I have a very serious issue going on. And they said they would send prescriptions through, and they never did that.So i had to wait until Monday. Went to the e r three times they never did anything either. My issue is abnormal vaginal bleeding. They were supposed to prescribe me something to stop the bleeding. And never did that.So I had to bleed heavily until the following week. No one else thinks it's serious. I guess that i'm bleeding a heavy amount. They want someone to die before they give you help.
