Make sure you are on the same page. Cynthia,nice person,will underprice a house to sell faster. She didn’t show up for 2 open houses. Felt like she was working for the buyer more than she was for me. Overall,I was not happy. Always working on the next sale. Didn’t see her much. I would not use her again.
