I hesitated based on reviews. She was great. She listened.
Very poor care, We are not at all satisfied. Kept us waiting in the room for more than 1 Hr without informing. Wouldn't recommend this doctor as we miss vital statistics for my kid after the visit. It was a very general visit.
This woman needs to be fired! I took my son to Texas children on Barker where Cynthia took a look at him, my son had 2 ear infections and a fever of 104 and she told me she didn’t know what was wrong and suggested I go to ER or emergency! And tried to give my 9 month old 5ml of Tylenol. Mind you! She checked his ears and said they were both fine. I go to urgent care and they immediately see both his ears red and swelled and confirmed he had double ear infection. This woman needs to be fired!!
