I have been to Oak Street health 2 times, 1st time short visit to clinic 2 time for in-depth check & lab work. 11-3-23,11 days later No follow up no mail no call from these folks, no lab results. I called today to ask and these folks did no seen to think that they actually did lad on me. Save yourself some time. Go to a different place. I did not see Cynthia Martin, I never met her I saw another provider. The thing is no follow up.. signed no longer a patient.
