I was her patient for 9 years; although, I liked the office & staff, I could not get Dr. Preston to listen to my concerns of even look at an injury which occurred the same day as my regularly scheduled appt. Her nurses also had issues with her.
The office is depressing. She does not listen, and I am not sure of her medical advice! If you have a choice, find another doctor! I don't think she likes being a doctor!
Terrible. Long wait, Our appointment was on the schedule for 3:30 at 5:15 we were still waiting. She does not listen to your concerns.
Horrible experience. I would give 0 stars if it would allow. She is very rude and does not put patient first. Takes advantage of the elderly
I agree with the patient review on Jun 02, 2017 & I have been left waiting more than an hour. Now that her nurse has retired, I see no reason to go back.
I understand being shy, but I'm not the only one who feels this physician borders on chilly and forced when interacting with patients. I have been cut off when trying to further explain something and after speaking with the physician on call there was no followup from Dr. Preston. Many other things that I won't go into, but I will be moving on.
Very kind and thorough. I felt confidence in her skills and admired her total interest and attention to my needs.
