She needs to retire. Very unprofessional. She was the seller's agent on a property I wanted to purchase. She seemed very disorganized, confused, or just didn't seem to care much. She called my lender to verify my mortgage loan and left him the strangest message. She said best and final offer before I put my first offer in and then a day later asked for another best and final and I was offering full asking. It was just a nightmare.
