UPDATE: next up MRI on my lower back because its full of arthritis and the nerves that run out of the spine are affecting my healing and the pain runs thru my hip and down my leg but my hip socket is great (whew). Being referred to a spine specialist also. Knees checkup...she ordered xrays of my hips n spine. Could be reasons healing has been hindered. My 1st arthritis flair up was 25 years ago...my hip...ended my league bowling. But on a good note...got my side kick with me. Then its 🍕🍕🍕 time. I'll post an update later. ... read more
