I accompanied my mother, who was resistant to the idea of hearing aids, for testing and consultation with Dr Olsen. We were greeted by Lana, who was so genuinely friendly and helpful. Registering as a new client was seamless. During our very brief wait we were introduced to the office "mascot", Dr. Olsen's small dog, who is sweet, available for an interaction if you like animals, but otherwise completely unobtrusive.
