Had only one session with this provider through Lifestance which was for 30 minutes. Out of those 30 minutes with my wife and I, she spent 5 minutes asking more about us and spent the rest of the time reviewing the patient intake form verbatim even though we already answered the questions; that was a complete waste of time. When we made the appointment it was for couples but on her end it showed "individual" so she took 10 minutes typing up notes and switching the visit from "individual" to "couples".
