Cynthia was the utmost professional. I was nervous to have electrolysis performed but she explained in detail what I was going to experience. Her calm and friendly personality put me at ease. This is not a quick fix, it will take time but I am confident in her abilities. I highly recommend her.
Total letdown. Got dropped as a client minutes ago. Cynthia refused to offer any explanation why, and refused to offer even a referral to another electrolygist. Unacceptable! How anyone can think this is good business is beyond me.
Experience can not be replaced. Hair is gone with very minimal redness. She has been in the industry many years. She will take good care of you.
