I have been wirh this agent for over 10 years. She has been nothing but helpful. Including her staff. She has assisted me with my 3 cars and plus my renters insurance. Though not their fault over the years I have notice that statefarm has automated some of their services over the years. She has been my agent for 10 plus years and I have been with statefarm for over 25 years.
By far the WORST experience I have ever had with any insurance agent. This so called agent is not accessible. I called to report that my vehicle had been stolen and she curtly and rudely informed me to contact claims. Then tried to brush me off of the phone. I was forced to search for the claims number and contact them myself and attempt to submit a claim. After months of trying to complete my claim she had the audacity to contact me and request that I inform her of the status of my claim. Apparently, she's too busy to just ... read more
