Dr. Hou is a wonderful Surgeon/Doctor. After being diagnosed with Breast Cancer and being a bit terrified she explained thoroughly my diagnosis and prognosis which calmed me down. I highly recommend Dr. Hou!
Upon my arrival, I was met and greeted pleasantly at the check in desk. I was then taken to a treatment room by a medical assistant and information was exchanged. The MA was very pleasant and seemed to care about my health. I then met with Dr Safdar who as well inquired about my health and seemed interested in my health and care. He was very pleasant and straightforward.
About my problems with my legs like numb and fall couple times..
Dr. Ralph is terrific. Great bed side manners, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and gave me a health care plan. Also, I'm impressed that on each visit she is training medical students.
There are protocols that must be followed when switching doctors as well as continuing or starting a prescribed medication while doing so. Insurance and PATIENT COMPLIANCE play a large part in that process. It cannot be expected to continue or start a new medication with a new doctor without insurance authorization and abiding by the correct standard of care. Poor, very poor examination! Dr. Safdar staff dont give you the right and necessary information or ask you your concerns! Copayment ys first@ $. I saw Dr. Safdar less than 2 minutes, or less! Colonoscopy and also don't tell you the truth! Be aware!
He is very polite, ask the right questions of you, friendly and just overall gives you a sense caring for your wellbeing
Outstanding Doctor, nurses and overall appointment. The scheduler worked around my schedule to quickly get an appointment after I was concerned about potentially having contacted COVID. I could not be happier with Dr Srivastava's expertise, patience and manner.
