Dr Costa had since moved to North Kansa City Hospital and I can not see her as she is a Hospitalist. Since then my health has began to decline. I have tried to see a new Neurologist twice but she offered no suggestions because I was not vaccinated for Covid.
She took time to evaluate. Me. Focusing on a 30 yr long Problem putting together key thoughts from our conversation. She is willing to go the mile! Tests were ordered and though an office miscommunication, they won’t be done till later. She has suggested low dose medication to try to help with the muscle problems. Complete meeting of minds, I feel my care is on the right track. Look forward to working on my case with her in future visits!

First visit was fine. Doctor was animated, proactive and full of treatment plans. My second visit was a complete waste of time. It seemed to me that she simply gave up since the first 2 treatments were unsuccessful. No tests or other therapies were suggested except meditation. I've been in chronic pain for over 2 years and have tried biofeedback in the past. Dr. Costa spent a lot of time with me on my first visit with her. She seemed to really consider my history and current objectives when talking about our plan.
Found Dr. Costa to be very through and professional.
Communicates well with patient. Listens to patient and is very attentive. I would recommend dr Costa highly.
