Cynthia was the best we could've hoped for and so much more. She is so knowledgeable and low pressure. Once we decided to move she helped us sell our old house and buy a new one. In both cases giving us expert advice in her very calm and collected way. She made the whole transition way less stressful than it could've been. We trusted her completely and really got the best deal. I cannot say enough great things about her and the whole experience!
Cynthia is an excellent real estate agent. We unexpectedly came across a house in Delaware that we fell in love with and she calmly and confidently led us through the process making an offer on it while simultaneously listing and selling our house in Pennsylvania on a short timeline. We worked with Cynthia from December through May to find our home, and she was fantastic throughout the whole process. She was patient, professional, and always available to answer our questions or set up showings. She really took the time to understand what we were looking for and guided us every step of the way. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.
I kind of hate realtors, but I love Cynthia. She was honest, effective, knowledgeable, and generous with us—both when we were buyers and when we were sellers. When we were selling our house in particular, she gave knowledgeable and thorough advice about minor touch ups before listing (even oversaw letting contractors in, etc.), did some touch ups herself (did absolute wonders on the kitchen), and we ultimately sold with days of listing for basically asking. Couldn’t recommend her more highly.
Working with Cynthia was wonderful! She is extremely knowledgeable in the Delaware real estate market which is key in negotiating in a tough market. Her expert guidance ensured my offer was immediately accepted and she worked tirelessly to assist me far after closing to provide a 1st class experience !
