I was very sick and Dr. Brinson did not take it seriously and did not know what to do. After my condition deteriorated I finally had to go to the hospital. While there a fantastic nurse recommended me to a different physician. My new doctor found the problem right away with a simple blood test. It was not expensive. During my search I found that there are a lot of really good doctors in the Austin area who care a lot more about their patients - doctors work hard towards a good outcome for their patients.

Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

Dr. Brinson has been my primary care doc for 20+ years since she was first in practice. I call her Florence Nightingale in Gucci pumps. I love her, I trust her and she is an extremely capable and compassionate human being.
