Horrible dentist office. My niece had a 12:30pm appt and didn't leave until 3:30pm. When I tried to get some type of communication, I was met with you can wait in your car. They didn't even want to tell me if they had a hygienist, which is why we were going there to begin with, for a cleaning. Horrible experience, rudeness. Won't be going back there.

Have been coming here for about 18 months. Technician is rude and condescending. Bad follow up after visits. No consistent care at all. One visit I have this issue, next visit there is a new issue. This past visit was the final straw. Gave me a "treatment plan" but didn't bother to include on it the one thing I actually came in for. Won't respond to patients via email but they send me emails. I must call them, not that this is even mentioned in the email. At this point I am seeking a new dentist to treat me, I am done.
The staff are nice, and the office is clean, but the advice/cleaning methods created problems I didn’t have prior to coming here. I’m hoping warm water/salt can fix this bacteria. Geez…
Decent dentist, accommodating, friendly, and COVID aware. She has several COVID precautions in her office, which made me feel a lot better about coming in for a cleaning.
