Dr. Boxrud was very gentle and did an excellent job following up with me through my healing process. I had a mole removed and it healed beautifully. Dr. Boxrud and her staff are very efficient and care for their patients. They want to make sure you feel comfortable in their office. Friendly staff and great doctor. I would highly recommend Dr. Boxrud for any ophthalmic and cosmetic needs.
Had a blocked tear duct and after a ghastly office visit with another ophthalmic surgeon chose Dr. Boxrud to perform a DCR procedure. She explained everything to me in a language I could understand. She is patient, kind and gentle. 100% success. The tiniest of scars. I had no pain or discomfort post-surgery. Sounds corny but it's the truth, she gave me back my quality of life and I highly recommend her. Her office staff are super too.
I was referred to Dr. Boxrud for dry eye and problems associated with dry eye. She was excellent in describing options available and very patient in explaining what procedure needed to be done. When she performed the procedure, she was very gentle and took me through it step-by-step. I was very pleased with her demeanor and expertise. I would most definitely recommend Dr. Boxrud to others. She is also highly respected by the office staff and the other doctors as well.
