Okay I love Dr. Banker she has been everything of wonderful with my child. My concern is I called the office to set up an appointment and the name of the facility has changed and apparently so have the doctors. Where is my daughter to go and where do I get her records? I received no notification and puzzled at this point. A bit disappointed. 7 years with this facility not what?
I came to see Dr. Banker when my youngest daughter was having dental problems. She was extremely terrified of dentists! We visited several and all with no success. One dentist threw us out because my daughter kept screaming, she was very scared. Someone recommended Dr. Banker and we were greeted by a beautiful office all decorated in the Wizard of Oz! Most importantly, Dr. Banker treated my daughter and she never cried or yelled and it was absolutely wonderful! I bring my two grandkids now!
I love Dr. Banker and her office staff! My children have been going to her for almost 13-14 yrs. Dr. Banker is kind, knowledgable and gets along great with parents and children. I always value and trust her opinion too. As for her office staff, they are extremely helpful and pay attention to details which I really appreciate. 100% satisfied!!
Dr. Banker is extremely sweet. I felt very comfortable with how she conducted the exam for my little one. Not only is Dr. Banker very knowledgable she was very personable as well. She answered all of our questions and took her time with our appointment. Karen the hygienist was very pleasant as well. Pauline & B were so helpful & kind.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Banker and her whole staff/office personnel. My child was in severe pain and needed a specialist to work on his tooth decay ASAP. Dr. Banker was willing to see him the next day, the office personnel handled all the insurance issues and made sure the service was covered. Dr. Banker, not only handled the tooth decay but was quick to point out and address other issues he was having. She was also the first dentist to help my son take his cleaning seriously.
