I wish I could give zero stars. I was referred to Dr. Cynthia Evans by my oncologist at The James for menopause treatment, and it was a frustrating waste of time. After a short conversation, she refused HRT and tried pushing other pills (like Gabapentin) without running any tests or truly looking at my medical history. I explained that I came to her because I wanted a trusted, in-person doctor rather than an online clinic, but she was completely dismissive. The process went quickly and smoothly. Latisha especially was kind, friendly and thorough. I will definitely schedule at this location next year for my annual screening.

The staff & nurses were all very nice. Location is convenient. Dr. Evans was worth the wait! She is very knowledgeable & made me feel confident in her recommendations.
