I am disappointed that the doctor did not code vitamin D testing as necessary, despite research highlighting its importance for women, especially Black women. When I contacted the office for clarification, I did not receive a response, although I continued to receive payment requests. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this clinic, as I have not encountered similar issues elsewhere, given the importance of cultural competence in healthcare. My visit with Ms Alexander, NP-C was a great experience. She listened to my needs, suggested a specialist I may need to consult with, was very professional and personal as well. I highly recommend her!
I had a great experience with this provider. She is professional, warm, polite and has a caring attitude. I am switching my primary care to Kelsey Seybold from UTMB. I’ve been paying out of pocket for over a year because of a bad experience at this clinic. When I went in to see a PCP to establish care, continue to provide care for my ADHD treatment and just to utilize my instance. I have United Healthcare - Kelsey Seybold insurance.
