The pediatric nurse staff is terrible. They never answer the phone calls, they make you wait for hours on the line, and when they finally take the call, they told me the nurse was away from the desk and that I could leave a message, they are a PEDIATRIC service, my baby could be in distress, how on earth do they want me to leave a message? I said I would wait for the nurse on the line and the rude lady said I couldn’t do that, she said I could leave a message.
