My husband and I have been treated by Dr Abbott going on 3 years plus!! She always addresses our needs and thinks out of the box to find pharmacies to approve our RX when our insurance will not approve or charges way too much. She is very thorough and listens to our needs. The front office is very helpful!!

I recently had an appointment at Dr. Abbott's clinic for an annual skin cancer check. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While the skin cancer check and biopsy were performed, my additional concerns were not addressed. After the biopsy, I received no information or guidance on post-procedure care or next steps from Dr. Abbott herself. Never called to follow up, even after labs showed reason to be concerned and definitely warranted a phone call. Dr. Abbott was nice in person but I felt like she really dropped the ball once I left the office. I won't be returning as a patient.

I Was told that a deductible or copay could not be quoted until After the visit. I’ve called other places and they were able to tell me what the bill would look like before booking. This seemed a little unusually to have patients come in and then give them a random “lottery” amount at the end of the visit.

Dr Abbott is kind, caring and professional. She has given me excellent advice and I am grateful for her assistance.
