My first appointment i asked about botox for my excessive sweating, was told its temporary, its expensive, and was given an oral pill that worked well! I was pleased with the results. The following year and was told that pill wasn't a long term plan, need to wean off and I should try botox. Every appointment I was told my acne was related to my menstrual cycle, even though each time I told her my acne is the same all month long. Every single time thay have a delays. Every time some excuses. And you should come and ask first,because they are too busy to inform you. They have 10 min cancelation policy (if you 10 min late they will cancel your appointment). But they don't provide any compensation for their delays for 1 hour. I have to drive long distance, then wait,and reschedule appointment. Not really professional. If I had a 2 choice I would never choose this place.

The reception there is atrocious. I had to reschedule my appointment and every day and time that I wanted 4 months from now I couldn’t get. Not the first hour, noon, or last hour because apparently they are reserved for specific procedures which is the first time I’m hearing about it. I told reception I had very little PTO to use after starting a new job and they were unwilling to fit me in and even hung up on me. I will not be going back there. The intake nurse was great! Otherwise horrible experience. First off: I've NEVER had a Doctor discuss procedure price with me, and certainly never before the exam was even completed. Huge red flag. I was at Dr. Abban's office for a procedure that was deemed medically necessary by my doctor. Note: this isn't a procedure I asked for, but was told I should get done BY MY DOCTOR. Dr Abban is great but her front staff needs a revamp. I have had repetitive long wait times to make appointments usually averaging over 20 minutes. During those times, no one still picked up the call & I would have to call back the next day.
