I strongly encourage you to read this entire review and reconsider other options before stepping foot into this office. I recently got an infection where my lower wisdom tooth is impacting my second molars. I got into my dentist and they reccomended i get them takin out.I reached out to Rider and I was able to get scheduled a consult to get cat scans done of my teeth and evalution of removal. I was told I would owe $260 at that consult as insurance doesnt cover cat scans. They were not able to quote me anything until after t... read more

Aubrey, The amount that a patient's insurance will pay, on behalf of the patient, is up to the insurance company. We do not have any control over that or influence. We respect your choice of going to a different provider that works with your insurance. We understand insurance policies can be complicated but please understand that we have no control of coverage.
My appointment was scheduled for February 3rd. I woke up on January 27th with severe throbbing in my tooth. I called the office and they got me in within an hour. All the workers were very professional and would highly recommend Dr. Rider to anyone.

Paid a $1,000,00 for a bite wing split which they were notified, and they would only give me a few dollars back. When it arrived Dr. Ryder never came in to make sure it was a proper fit. Very bad experience, will never go back to their office.
Needed cyst removed and biopsy. Referral from my dentist who had x-rays. She took new x-ray and billed my dental for medicare necessary medical procedures then collected $800.00 in co-pay. I can only surmise that this problem is due to ignorance on the part of office staff. No one would knowingly commit such fraud.
Process was thoroughly explained, staff is polite, efficient and customer focused. My procedure was pain free and Dr Rider is a pleasure to deal with
